Precise Die Mold Manufacturing

应用成型模流分析，可对接不同产品开发设计的需求, 通过高速精雕切削(30000rpm)、精密镜面放电、高精密线切割制程技术，并结合三次元检测设备，制作高精密注塑模具。
Applying molding mold flow analysis can meet the needs of different product development and design. Through high-speed precision cutting (30,000rpm), precision mirror discharge, high-precision wire cutting process technology, combined with three-dimensional testing equipment, high-precision injection molds can be made.

We can also complete the semi-process assembly according to the customer’s requirements and assist in the design, development and assembly of related accessories, so that customers can save more worry and effort.

Injection Harness Molding

采用高品质的颗粒状或粉状塑料作为注塑原料，通过多次注塑成型，不仅保证了线束的强度和耐用性，还确保了电流传输的稳定性和高效性。
Using high-quality granular or powdered plastic as injection molding raw materials, through multiple injection molding, not only the strength and durability of the wiring harness is guaranteed, but also the stability and efficiency of current transmission is ensured.

特殊材料处理

我们拥有特殊材料的模具制作与注塑技术，对特殊工程塑料具有深度的了解，能制作加工高防腐的氟塑料如PFA，耐高温如PPSU，耐摔性材料PPS等材料，高等级的防火材料以及各种硬度的热塑性弹性体塑胶料。
We have the mold making and injection molding technology for special materials and have a deep understanding of special engineering plastics. We can make and process highly corrosion-resistant fluoroplastics such as PFA, high-temperature resistant materials such as PPSU, shatter-resistant materials such as PPS, high-grade fireproof materials and thermoplastic elastomer plastics of various hardness.
